I can't have a kitty, so I live vicariously through the rest of you.

Pictures of Kitten, the stray & feral lumber yard cat, who sadly passed away last summer at the ripe old age of 20; and Toby, the Maine Coon, who used to live with me, and now lives with a friend, far away (2 hours) in Albany.
(Side Note #1: My family owns a lumber yard, and one summer day in 1988, a stray kitten [hence the name, Kitten] walked into our yard. We fed her, and she stayed, for 20 years! We got her spayed and got her all of her shots. She used to be a wild child [she was feral], but she got quite mellow in her old age, and even allowed us to hold her. As far as I can tell, she became partially deaf and got kitty-alzheimer's. It was *so* hard to see her go, but she was struggling, and it was time.)
(Side Note #2: Both of the other two cats, Chloe and Toby, came from a shelter, despite Toby being a [95% likely] purebred Maine Coon, and Chloe being an [90% likely] Egyptian Mau mix. I can tell Chloe is a mix, but there's no debating she is at least part Egyptian Mau [the only naturally spotted domestic cat]. Her and her three brothers, who I also met at the shelter, were found abandoned in New York City, which is a big area for Egyptian Maus. My best guess is that someone's purebred got out, mated with a typical tabby alleycat, and produced Chloe and her brothers. As far as I know, Chloe's three brothers all got adopted by a lady from Mamakating, and I hope they're all doing well. This "side note" was to let everyone know that you *can* get a purebred cat from a shelter, so if your heart is set on a certain breed, check the shelters anyway, because people *do* abandon purebred cats. My aunt's new Siamese kitten was just *given* to her, as well, as someone in her grandson's class had a cat who had kittens.)
Bob Barker says to spay and neuter your pets!

I'm done hijacking your thread now, OP. Back to talk of Delilah, and hopefully, PICTURES!
