DVDDecryptor will read, take out the region coding and leave you with an ISO ready to burn thats had macrovision and region coding removed.

Get it from www.doom9.org. Its freeware

Also try DVDShrink which allows you to remove unwanted areas of the DVD i.e. extra languages, and also shrink the film onto one disc of 4.5 GB ( that is if you do not have a 2-side burner)

You need to get DVD decryptor and select the option that removes region encoding and marco vision (i think its the default setting). It will then copy the dvd to the hard drive. Then burn the dvd from the hard drive to the dvd using either Nero or DVD decryptor.
