Tables at CG are generall first come first serve. It couldn't hurt to ask when you get there if there is any chance of getting one and that you wouldn't mind waiting a little longer if need be.
Also, at CG, as long as you have a receipt that you ate there that night you can return durring Wishes to watch. So if you had a 5:30 reservation, you could return later in the evening to watch Wishes.
