All you need to do is let concierge know what day you want to do Tea with Wendy and they will schedule it for you and bring the tickets to your cabin. This also goes for most other events that happen on the ship such as, hairbraiding, wine tasting, galley tour, bridge tour, etc. Concoerge can schedule any of these for you.
