FWIW, that's not really allowed by DMR's Terms and Conditions. Along with wording about not transfering codes obtained by others, there's this:

Enrollees must save the original official Code document, original receipt(s) and proof(s) of purchase and original eligible movie ticket stub(s), as well as any confirmation email(s) referencing Points credited to their Account, for at least ninety (90) days after the date Enrollee redeems an item online, as it may be necessary to later submit Codes for verification.

So unless the person is *also* willing to giv eyou the receipts and proof of purchase as well as the code, you're not 100% "safe" from any auditing DMR reserves the right to do.
