Delayed Access to Site Due to Spike in Demand
Due to a large spike in Member activity on the Disney Vacation Club site, visitors are being directed to a queue where they can wait for their turn to receive access. If your need is not urgent, you may wish to return at a later time to access the site.

Anybody has this occur to them yet?

I was surprised to see this on the dvc website. The first message says phone waits are long so use the website. The second message says the web site will be busy, so you may be waiting in a queue. I’m pretty much fed up with the entire system and process.

I just went to pay my dues on multiple contracts. It has the total amount, but says the statement is unavailable. I decided to pay anyway, but when I submitted it says the amount I am paying exceeds what I owe, and I will have a credit. I did not proceed with that, but now I see that it says one of my contracts is "past due," which absolutely can not be true. I paid the dues in full last year, and never saw a past due notice. The DVC site is a mess!

I see the same thing. I also get a white page if I go to look at my dues.

I can get on the site, but when I try to search for a stay in January 2022, it tells me I'm outside of my booking window...

Someone on another thread was having that problem and another poster found a solution - apparently hit the back button and it should take you to the DVC page.

Yes, I got this at 5 am! Additionally there were ZER0 reservations available ANYWHERE as well LOl!

I'm now "on hold" to access the DVC website. This is ******* ridiculous. It's a website. Upgrade your bandwidth! This really is absolutely inexcusable. 3 hour hold times to speak to a person were terrible, but now we need to wait on hold to access the damned website? In 2021? I am so angry.

Edit: And finally got on, and now getting the 7 dwarves when I go to pay my dues... again...

The booking page just came back up for me (and shows availability). The dues page tells me it is down for maintenance.

What are you trying to do? I eventually managed to create a WL by going through the "check availability" on the main page; the booking page is broken

My suspicion is that something happened with the process that is used for loading the dues / paying the dues which caused the servers to become overloaded -- hence the slowness and "busyness" of the site. Now that they have taken the dues off line for maintenance the site is much quicker.

I've gotten a little bit of everything this morning, except success at seeing our dues....
first just had a spinning circle, then blank page...had that several times early this AM
next got the redirect to google twice, then I got the page to say not to refresh/waiting in a queue, now getting dwarves....I don't plan to pay today, but wanted to know the amount, and start planning.

I need to 1. Pay the remaining dues (I'm ahead) 2. Make a reservation and 3. Possibly buy an ad on (Swan Reserve sounds awesome right now LOL)

As I'm finishing up paying 4K I can't even make a reservation?
