Delay in being sent direct contract?

Hello

We have been back and forth with our guide to get 150 points at VGF. We need approval for our UY and to spread our payments over 90 days. We finally received the contract after quite a delay (over 24 hours), but with the wrong last name for my husband. I spoke to our guide last night on the phone and was told he sent the corrections, but we are now >24 hours and I still have not received our corrected contract! Our guide is off on Sundays and Mondays and I know the promotion ends tomorrow.

Will Disney honour this contract even if we aren't able to sign until after the 12th? Who do we contact if our guide is off and there is a time sensitive matter?

Thanks for the help! Anxious to possibly miss out on this promo.

Offer to save $5,670 starts on May 30, 2023 and all Tours must be completed by September 11, 2023 when the offer expires. If Tour occurs on or after September 5, 2023, offer expires 7 days after Tour.

Since you have a contract it should be fine.

If you haven't already, be sure to heck your Junk / SPAM files. Sometimes the mail filters put things there that you don't consider junk.

P.S. I agree with the others. DVD will still honor that contract for you.
 

If you’re worried call in & speak w/ someone else, my recollection is that once I reached the dealing w/ the paperwork stage I worked w/ the Quality Assurance people who were responsible for the paperwork.
My guess is the guides will be busy as folks rush to take advantage of the expiring incentives.
