This must be possible....Has anyone been able to do so and would like to give me some guidance? I simply cannot afford to hire a title company which DVC recommended. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, but I need to removes a name. Has anyone successfully done this on their own?
It's the same process. You'll need to go through the ROFR process but it'll be automatic and you won't lose any pending reservations. The person being removed will need to sign the paperwork as well. You can do it yourself for about $40 if it's Orange County.

Thank you for your helpful responses!! I went to Staples and purchased the legal forms, but now realize I have two contracts! Do I need to complete this process two times? Both contracts were purchased together, resale at BWV. 150 points each.

We moved all our points from our names to a trust. I think I wrote to dvc and they told me how to do it. Although we have a financial advisor and accountant helped us fill out the paperwork it wasn't hard

Each contract is separate. To change both would require separate forms for each.

.

Can you tell me if you are located in Florida? If not, can a trust be established out of state and then have the names moved.
I have property in my name, but would like to move it into a trust for the grandchildren. I do not live in Florida.

You will need a separate deed for each but you MAY be able to get the ROFR for each all on one. That'll save $18.50 in recordings. If you can get the deeds down to one page, that'll save another $17.
