Deed on DVC

We just purchased BLT in February while visiting WDW. We have sent final check and received membership cards but not the deed. Any idea on how long until we receive it or should we call our sales rep.

we closed early in jan. and still haven't recieved our deeds. They say 6-8 weeks but since we have our membership cards and we're in the system it'll come eventually.

Purchased BLT in mid-January and just got deed last week in the mail, so it will probably be a few more weeks for a Feb purchase.

Disney takes them in lots to the courthouse for filing every few weeks per my understanding. Just depends where you are on the lot, beginning or end.

Closed in December, recv'd deed in the mail 2 weeks ago.

We closed in mid-Jan and just got ours in the mail last week. You can go to the Orange County, FL website to see if it has been filed yet.

Go here http://or.occompt.com/recorder/web/ click I Accept, next page enter your name in the grantee box (last name followed by first with no comma) and click to find out if your deed is showing up in the public records (in which case you can just make a copy). If it is not there yet then they are still process of getting yours recorded.
