I'd be asking for a copy of that deed, even just for personal satisfaction.I just heard back from the title company. They contacted Disney and the extension is showing in their records.
Because it would be the reverse, the comptroller would show the quitclaim to the not-extended version. It would have either been from the original owner, or executed as part of closing.
I called Member Services and of course the Admin office was closed. I sent an email and will be calling back tomorrow to get a copy.
