Does anyone have a Deed Person that they would recommend? I have 7 contracts that need names added and/or removed.

They were reasonably priced, efficient and overall good to work with. I changed two deeds from my name to co-ownership with my husband about two years ago.

I can also endorse LT Transfers. They’ve handled multiple timeshare deed re-titles for my family, both DVC and not. We added adult DD to our 2 DVC contracts a couple of years ago, and the process was quick and easy, as well as not expensive - I think it was around $500 total for both contracts, including postage and filing fees. They get high marks on TUG, too.

I will also recommend LT Transfers, we just retitled 4 contracts into our trust and they were quick communication was great and they handled everything really well. They did just slightly increase their prices but i didnt care, i wanted someone reliable and that had worked with DVC specifically. They took care of notifying member services etc.

I second (well, technically, third) LT Transfers. We had to retitle a bunch of non-DVC timesahres as part of the divorce, and while the management companies all left something to be desired, LTT handled their end of the transaction well.

Lots of good recommendations with LT transfers. I'm using them right now as well.
