Are there any two bedroom villas with two queen beds at BVC that face the quiet pool? If so is the pool view noisy? Is the woods view more relaxing? I have heard from others that the EPCOT view side is very noisy due to the service road. Do any of the two bedroom with 2 queen beds have a larger balcony? Can anyone give me feedback if they have stayed in a dedicated two bedroom on either side-THANKS!

:)I was just wondering the very same thing. Hopefully, someone will be able to give us some info. My DH & I really make good use of a balcony so it is important that we have one and preferably one that will accommodate more than 2 people. We would also be interesed in a 2br dedicated with 2 queen beds in the 2nd br. TIA!

We have stayed in a 2 bedroom lock off at BCV facing the pool. It was very noisy, particularly late at night till midnight and later. We had nobody younger than teens with us so it was not a problem. But, I think if someone is a light sleeper, or has young children you may want to request a different view. Of course, it may not always be noisy depending upon who is out there that late....

A few years ago we had a 1 bedroom pool view, and it was very quiet. When we checked in they put us in a room along the road, I called down and they moved us. I was much happier by the pool.

:scared1: We check into a dedicated 2 bedroom this weekend for 5 nights and I requested to be facing the woods because we've never had that view! Now I am nervous about this service road noise. LOL. I am a light sleeper. Oh well, you never know if the request is going to come through anyway.

I have to admit that it's when we're all together that we're usually too busy to enjoy the balconies! We've had a dedicated 2 bedroom at BCV twice...both times down what I consider to be an odd hall..one time facing the road, the other time we were on the other side of that hall...never had any sort of outside noise.

It is difficult to get the 2 br with 2 q beds in the second room at the 7 month window. This is a request that often is not available to many at the 7 months. I've had a dedicated 2 bedroom at BCV for the past 3 years in August. All 3 were dedicated and all 3 were 1Q and a sleep sofa in the second bedroom. Those really big balconies (room 260 is a studio/lock off) and (room 228 is a dedicated studio HA room). I had room 260 in May and loved the balcony. Not all dedicated 2 bedrooms even offer the 2 Q beds. This is why I purchased at BLT to get the 2 Q beds in the second room at the 11 month window. (OKW has 2 Q beds in the second room.)

The bright lights bothered me more than the noise. If the noise gets to be too much after 10pm, security will deal with it, if you call.

Our room was booked at eleven months so I am hoping ( I know it's omly a request) that we have 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. Thanks for the feedback!

It isn't a request, it's a kind of reservation. We have one in July, and the reservation states "2BR/2 Queenbeds in 2nd BR." Check your reservation sheet.

Yes, I was going to post this too. We have had BCV 2 br reservations for the past 3 years and each time my reservation says 2 bedroom/1 queen+sleep sofa. Yes the 2 beds in the second room is a request you making when you book and it's gauranteed then and reflected on your confirmation sheet. You know prior to checking in if you got it.

The two queens in the second bedroom if a booking category just like being near the HH is for OKW.

Your reservation should reflect which category was booked.

Is there a particularly "Bad" location at BCV?
We have stayed here prior to owning 3 times. We have been over the Service Road and we were fine with that. I have requested higher floor, canal view for our 2 BR trip and I am wondering if there is really a "horrible" spot at BCV.
TIA

I know that the two queen beds is a booking catagory but what about dedicated vs lock off? Are those booking catagories as well or only requests?

It does. Although we go to Disney oftern this is our first time with DVC. We are considering buying but we wanted to check it out via renting first. We wanted a dedicated two bedroom with 2 queen beds in second bedroom and our confirmation does reflect that, but I didn't know that it was a booking category-so Thanks!-I learned something new today. I just thought that the request was noted on the confirmation.

For 2 BR's those are also booking categories, not requests.
