Hi, all! We will be staying in a 1 bedroom at BWV and was wondering if there are any dedicated one bedrooms there and if so, what is the best location to request?
Thanks!
When we stayed there a few years ago we had a dedicated 1-br. We were waaaaayyy down the long hallway, so you may want to request a room close to the elevator.
Then the x123 corner rooms are the dedicated one bedrooms to request because they are standard view. If you don't mind stairs, there is also an exit at ground level that is near these rooms. That door gives quick access to the bus stop and the parking lot. And the upper floors have a partial view of Illuminations.
Dedicated rooms do not have a door to connect to a studio. They often have a padded bench (some call it a daybed, but it is very small). We use it for luggage or packages.

You'll find the bench in the dedicated studios. The one bedrooms do not have them. I agree with you about the size - not nearly big enough to be called a daybed. It's barely big enough to hold my souvenirs & way to small for luggage, LOL!

So right, Carol. Brain fa-- on my part. It has been a long time since we have been in a studio but I remember well how nicely that bench worked for holding all my shopping treasures!
We stayed in a 1-bedroom dedicated a number of years ago. It overlooked the quiet pool and was an inside corner room. We loved the location and view. It was very quiet. Sure wish I remembered the room number.
