Decorations are in!!!

Hi All~

We just returned from a stay at the Swan/Contemopary/YC. With the exception of the Swan they are FULLY decorated for the holidays!!! The YC tree is even in and on!!! We were soooo suprised as we haven't been this time of year in a while. I do not remember the decorations being so completed at his time. It was nice and strange at the same time. Everything looks beautiful and most of the 'public' area's are decorated to the hilt. Unfortunetly the GF tree was not up yet. I am curious what version they will have this year!!!

That's wonderful news! I can't wait until I get over there to see all the resort decorations. They do a magnificent job decorating.

that's freggin' awesome!!!! i've always wanted to see WDW at x-mas time. and now we can at least get a little taste of it.

Just returned yesterday from the WL. They have not started decorating yet, but the Boardwalk and Polynesian both were decorated. It was funny b/c we went to the Poly Friday evening and it was not decorated, but when we returned there on Saturday everything was up!! It was so cool!!

I can't wait to see all the Christmas beauty!! We're leaving in 16 days!!!! Staying at the Swan (first time there!). We plan to check out several resorts to see the decorations. On our list is WL, YC, BC, Boardwalk, Contemporary, Grand Floridian and of course the S/D. We're scheduled for some fun stuff including the sleigh ride, Candelight Processional dinner (Chefs de France) and we plan to see the Osborne Spectacle of Lights.

That place is like no other during the holidays. We were there last December and it was the most awesome thing. Christmas time at Disney is like the icing on the cake of an already WONDERFUL place!!

Is Epcot and MK decorated as well? I loved the entrance to World Showcase last year - it was wonderful!
