decorating

I know that alot of disers decorate their windows and doors at wdw...Ive never paid attention to the doors at DLH...does anyone know if magnets will work on there??? or are they made of wood....also, how many DL disers decorate their windows and doors at the DLR hotels??? I really want to do it this trip and Im getting ideas of what I want to do but it just got me to wondering how many others do it at DL....

This is my frist yr going anywhere for Christmas let alone DL. I am going to buy a yankee candle christmas tree airfreshener for the room and on the balconey I am going to do garland, I hope they allow this, I wanna feel like Christmas away from home.

Im sorry guys...once again I have not clarified what I meant....I am going right after thanksgiving...I dont really want to decorate my room in christmas stuff...what I want to do is put up LGMHPC ( Lime Green Mickey Head Paint Chip)on my hotel door with my sn on it...make them into magnets and stuff so other disers will know Im there and can sign em and stuff

For trees in your room, you can contact Vacation Planning for any of the three hotels.

As for the DIS symbols on hotel doors, etc., I have never seen any at the Disneyland Resort. I only heard of them for the cruises, really.

I called the GC where I will be staying, I was told you can get a fake tree for your room, she didnt think decorations on the balconey was allowed.
