decorating SBP?

I am planning an escape wedding at SBP, and i am wondering if they let you bring decorations, so long as you set them up quickly and in hte time allowed - such as ribbons for the chairs or tulle to set up over the arch.

are there nails already in the arch, since i have seen a lot of photos of tulle over the arch?

i know you are allowed to bring outside floral, but has anyone ever done it? and pics?

I don't think you're allowed to decorate SBP - I believe all that has to be done by Disney. I could be wrong, but I think I read something like that in the contract. Anyone?

I am not sure if outside vendors can decorate- but I think it is beautiful by itself

They don't allow "outside vendors" (i.e., anyone besides Disney) to do floral or decorations for outdoor locations anymore. However, I think you should talk to your planner and see if there's any flexibility on bringing your own stuff. You never know...

i dont mind paying them, i didnt know they would do it at all i will talk to my person when i hear from him/her...

The location is sooo beautiful with out decorations. Just a few petals all over the ground are enough. Of course, that's not to say decorating SBP isnt pretty as welll....

I agree with prev poster, it looks SO pretty with just a touch of rose petals, ir really doesnt need much decoration!
