Decorated Room Balconies Tonites At Poly and CR

I was out tonite and saw a baclony at the Poly in front of the lagoon with Christmas lights ahnging on it that spelled out "2005"...and also a balcony at the CR..tower room facing MK....with lots of lights on its balcony as well. I thought to myself, "What a cool idea!". Do these rooms belong to anyone here at the DIS??
