I told the guy I've loved Disney since before I could talk lol.

Ha ha ha! I mean I didn't just say I love Disney in general I said I love the company and the culture and values they have as a company. I also said how I am in a sorority and girls are constantly asking me about the parks and such

I did. They said my interview was weak and that there are more qualified people for the job. BS. They're wrong and in August I will be accepting their apologies.

Maybe you should see what was weak in your interview. Maybe they'll tell you more specifically. Don't harbor so much resentment, there are so many people applying of course they're not going to pick everyone. You may be the best person for the job in your eyes, but you may not have conveyed that to them.

Yikes sometimes the casting people can be a little rude. I don't think anyone is more or less qualified for the job seeing as a big percentage of people never even work before they get there!!

But I agree just prove them wrong in August!

Thank you so much! Just got accepted as Custodial for fall. Third time applicant, first time participant. Don't give up if Disney is your dream because it can happen.

Yikes sometimes the casting people can be a little rude.

Pretty sure that wasn't a direct quote from Casting.

If one asks for feedback as to why they weren't considered, one shouldn't expect glowing reviews.

The interview is a total make it or break it for any job with any company. Not doing well during an interview is definitely a reason why an employer wouldn't extend a job to someone.

The feedback was probably fair and accurate even though it wasn't necessarily the response that was desired.
