Deck similar to DCL deck 4 on RCCL?

I love relaxing in the cushy lounge chairs on Deck 4 on DCL. It is so quiet and relaxing! Is there a similar deck to this on RCCL? More specifically on the Freedom or Oasis?

Freedom Class ships have an outdoor promenade (deck 4) that goes all the way around the ship. On Oasis class ships, the outdoor promenade deck (deck 5) is the running track. We always veg out in Central Park on Oasis class ships.
