Deck 7 Overlook

Anyone know what hours the doors to the overlook are open? We have an inside deck 7 aft room and I am looking forward to having my morning coffee out there.

Also, I'm sure, good for sipping morning coffee if you are so inclined, and rise early enough.

Those are the hours posted, however, we discovered on our 2/7/04 cruise the doors locked on several occassions and CMs could not explain why or get them unlocked.

Decks 4, 9, and 10 are always open if you're up earlier. I definitely took my coffee to deck 4 and sat on a comfy blue chair watching the sunrise one morning!
