we are DVC only since 2016 so in Jan will be our 3rd stay as members

the first year we bought AP (long story but I knew we would get 2 trips out of them which we did)

but now since we go the end of Jan for our trip in 2020 we would need to bump the trip up a week to get

in 2 trips before they expire in 2019 we are going Jan 29 to Feb 6

by bumping it up for 2020 that puts us just days after MLK day probably Jan 23 MLK day is the 20

I know the actual weekend is busy but first does anyone have any idea when the crowds clear out will it still be busy later in the week


so by checking prices an 8 day park hopper would be 1065 for the both of us


or

1255 for the both of us for AP in hopes of getting 2 trips in we can get the DVC discount on the PH

we don't have any problems in bumping the trip up a week its just the MLK crowds that have us a little edgy about it

Can’t tell you about February crowds - maybe check out several of the free online crowd calendars.

But, being dvc members ourselves, we would always buy the gold annual passes and plan 2 trips. The cost of the gold annual passes and parkhoppers are basically the same. With the parkhoppers, you get one trip. With the gold annual passes, you get as many trips as you can fit into the year they are active. Minus the black out dates, of course.
