Deciding between Epcot WS restaurants - which to choose?

We had a reservation at San Angel Inn but I cancelled it and instead booked La Hacienda because the menu looked more appealing. But now that i've recently found out i'm gluten intolerant and must eat a gluten free diet, I have been browsing the allergen menus and it looks like La Hacienda has no gluten free desserts (which is important since we are on DDP)

Now i'm considering cancelling it and booking Tutto Italia or Chefs de France. Any personal experience with gluten free desserts at La Hacienda? Should I stick with it or book one of the others?

All have at least 1 item that each of us would be interested in, so that isn't an issue.
