Went from daily, to weekly to monthly... 
I would drive myself nuts with every fluctuation so I decided it was time to get off those NUMBERS...
Read a journal of a woman on Active Low Carbers who had a graph of her loss. She lost 100 pounds over a year and she had MANY fluctuations, but the end result she LOST the weight.
So I went today after 3 weeks and was sooooo happy...
I LOST THREE POUNDS!!!
I don't know if I lost them in a week, lost 4 pounds and gained one, lost one a week or what... the important thing is it's gone!!
I feel better...
