I had never received an email about my pin. When I called, I found out they had the wrong email address for me in their system. The CM that booked my reservation changed it at that time.
Just called - no code. I did have a very polite and helpful CM. He asked about the last time I visited etc. - I told him I was there a couple years ago but we usually stay offsite and I would love to stay onsite (this is true). He said he wanted to remedy that right now! But - no code. He told me to keep calling back and checking on-line for specials.
I just called and had the discounted room code attached for various dates until Dec. 16th. I think this is the same discounts we were given for bounceback when we were there at Christmas. It seems I always have to call, I don't get the emails.
