how busy is the Epcot Food & Wine festival? Any other events at this time? We plan to go around October 14th.

The F&W festival can be busy but the have added two extra weeks this year, that ma help things out. As for other events I would recommed MNSSHP, Mickey's Not So Scary Holloween Party.
Overall a very nice time of year to go.

Around the F&W festival time, is there a chance of discount codes or do they bump the prices up due to demand? I'm thinking Oct 11th.

There have been codes available the past two years, but it is Regular not Value season, so it's not the deepest discounts.
