Decided on dining... Really working the credits this time

Our last trip we enjoyed the dining plan and trying new restaurants but it really was SO much food. We got FD again and so this time we are doing some 2 credit meals and planning to share at other places to maximize our credits and experiences. Here is what we have:

8 Night, 7 Day Trip (2 Adults; 3 Kids - 8, 8, and 5)

Arrival Day - May switch T-Rex to this day; not sure I want a TS at the end of our trip
Day 1 - Crystal Palace (PPO) and HDDR
Day 2 - San Angel Inn (Adults share 1 credit; Kids share 2 credits)
Day 3 - Tusker House
Day 4 - No TS
Day 5 - Les Chefs de France (Kids share 2 credits)
Day 6 - Narcoossee's (Considered putting kids in resort kids' club but then what would we do with the 6 credits???)
Day 7 - T-Rex (Adults share 1 Credit; Kids share 2 credits)

Our kids are notorious for eating very little at sit down meals so we typically order them 1-2 kid meals to split when going out anyway.

All of the restaurants except for Crystal Palace will be new to us! HDDR looks so fun and a coworker recommended it to DH. I have always wanted to try San Angel Inn and Les Chefs de France. Kids chose Crystal Palace, T-Rex, and Tusker House. DH and I decided on Narcoossee's as we wanted one really nice place with a great menu and it looked good to both of us.

If you decide to put the kid's in kid's club, why not make an ADR for Day 4? Adults could share at Les Chefs or Narcoossee's to make room for one more ADR.

Not a bad idea... I know we could share a meal at one of those (I think we were thinking that we would want our own meals at those since they are fancier). I wouldn't mind one more TS but it would need to be on Arrival day or the last day as Day 4 we are doing DHS for most of the day and then ending with MSEP and Wishes and probably won't be able to squeeze in a sit down meal.
