Decided on a last minute trip in a few days, need help with dining please

DH and I decided TODAY to go next Thursday. Now, the A-type that I am plans these things WAY in advance and I am kinda freaking out. We are going on Thursday and coming home on Saturday. We are staying at POFQ and travel to the World often so we don't plan on going to the parks. I was thinking that we would do 2 sit down meals and the rest counter service. Does anyone have any suggestions on places to go? I have done a ton but feel a little overwhelmed and want to try some new things so any suggestions as to places/ lounges to eat and visit would be very helpful. TIA

Why not try one of the new restaurants in Disney Springs? Pop your dates in the make dining plan search and see what ADRs are still there?

I would try for anything at animal kingdom lodge! Boma or Jiko or sanna! Please post on what u decide! My dh and I are also doing a quick 3 night trip!

Crews Cup Lounge at the YC opens at noon.

I was going to suggest Crews Cup also. Never been there, just watch too much TimtheTracker on YouTube.

I second suggestions for Disney Springs - there are so many options you could do a "crawl" and sample some things at different places. I really like Boathouse, Homecomin, Frontera, and Raglan Road. Speaking of a crawl, you could tour the monorail resorts and stop in the various lounges. The new waterside bar at Wilderness Lodge (Geyser Point) looks like a great spot to relax and grab a bite. I also love Jiko- easy to make a night of it at AKL. Have fun!!!

We can recommend The Boathouse. We enjoyed our meal there last summer. A little off the beaten path, but we like Olivia's at OKW.

Mom and I did a quick trip last month and did Sanaa and Frontera Cucina. Both were very good! I will post what we decided on and our reviews when we get home. Have a great time on your trip!
