decent greeting card software

I'd like to start making cards for my personal use Thank you's, invitations, Christmas, etc.
Can anyone recommend one they like?

I want to be able to use my own pictures from my digital camera, as well some have some designs from the program itself.

I was thinking about Paint Shop Premium, mIcrosoft picture it.
Thanks for any advice.

I'd like to just load program from online also.

My friend uses Hallmark greeting card, which she loves. She says it's easy, yet does a lot. It's on sale on Black Friday at Comp USA for $10.
