Hello :)
so we recently decided to skip disneyworld this year as planned and stick with LAND !! Just love it to much :)

We have gone quite a few times however this time we are planning December 10-17!

We have done the first week in December and loved the low crowds..

will the second week be pretty close ?

LIttle nervous getting that close to Christmas !!

Watching this since we're also considering a trip in Dec that's before Christmas.

In my experience, the crowds get larger as December progresses. So the second week is busier than the first, the third is busier than the second, etc. That being said, it'll probably still be "okay" (i.e., not at capacity level crowds) at that point. The only thing to note is that the AP blockouts begin to go into effect on the 15th (SoCal & SoCal Select), 16th (Deluxe), and 18th (Signature) so the last day before the blockout goes into effect might be a bit more crowded as the AP holders come into the parks one last time to see the holiday offerings until the new year (the last weekend before the blockout is usually very busy).

I did notice that more of the holiday merchandise had begun to get thin/sold out the further into December you are. Select clothing sizes (medium and larges) were especially hard to find by weekend. So if you like to shop, I would do it as early in your trip as possible; otherwise things that you saw on your arrival day might be sold out by your departure day.
