The answer will depend on exactly what show/fireworks/etc you're talking about. Most of the major fireworks shows already have published times out now.

F! and RoL have at least one show on the schedule already, sometimes second shows are added later on.

Some lesser shows, such a Once Upon a Time, and other various shows/attractions, have times that are posted a bit closer to the month in question.

Where do we find this schedule? I'm looking for November and can't find anything on WDW website?

Just go to Parks and Tickets. Look over to the right and it shows the calendar. Put the dates in you are looking for, and it will have the fireworks and show times listed for each park.

Note, some nighttime spectaculars (Rivers of Light, for example) aren’t on this version of the Disney calendars.

Another option is to go to each show/event’s web page and toggle the date to see if a showtime is loaded.
