Well as its drawing closer (yes just over 4 months) Anyone fancy meeting up.
Put your dates on here and where your staying.We have our plans mapped out but can always slip somewhere for a drink
9th Dec fly from manchester 10.30 flight-stay at POP for 9 nights-move to Old Key West on the 18th for 6 nights,fly home on christmas eve

Any suggestions where to meet

Wow 2 people from my own area Dizzie we stayed at POR last summer youwill love it let me know if you have any questions unless you have stayed there before that is.I think I may have started this thread a bit early but hey it gives us an idea of how many people are up for a meet.
I know it is difficult as we all have schedules but hopefully afew of us will get too meet.

We'll be at OKW from 1st to 15th December! It's our favourite DVC resort - especially the massive one beds!

We're over from 12th thru 26th, staying off-site. The only real plan is MVMCP on 16th. Would Jellyrolls or Boardwalk be a good place for a meet one day/ evening. Someone gimme a date and we'll see what we can sort out.

Kingswinford? Isn't that the posh area of Dudley?

No we haven't stayed at POR before so any info welcome, going to be five of us as this was the only way we could afford to take friend for DD, going to be a bit cramped me thinks

Boardwalk sounds good as we do not have tickets for Disney apart from the MVMCP on the 19th , would be great to meet people and have a drink or two , maybe we could all hire a bike and see who could get around the boardwalk first

We've stayed at OKW several times and ALWAYS in the same room. The one bedrooms are fantastic. We will be there before and after our DCL cruise in September and cannot wait.

We've stayed there at Christmas in 2005 and will be there again this year and it's really just perfect.

Hey neil we are going on the 16th as well and yes it is the posh area of dudlay (thats how they say it) Boardwalk sounds a good idea.We did the bikes there once and getting up that hill by the bridge was a bit of a struggle Shows how unfit we were.
Dizzie -I think if there are 5 of you ,they will put you in AB section.Its very Rustic over that end and pretty.The trundle bed is a mattress basically and ok for kids.After all the walking they will sleep anywhere

Which are of OKW would you recommend?We are staying in a studio and have just asked for a higher floor near a bus stop(I think)?????We will be coming from POP so will be able to check in early although I know the room won't be ready.Been told will have a better choice of area if there is the morning.
