December Exercise Challenge

I am now at 360/1500! :banana:

I have been walking (60 min) and dance class (90 min) to raise my total. My dance instructor really pushed us today, too!
 
I did more these past three days than I anticipated :woohoo: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 60 minutes each day of cardio and calisthenics.

OK...I havebeen reall busy this week so just posting my minutes. Have been rehearsing for a new show and opend the show (Did it 6 times this weekend) and ran a marathon Saturday morning!:scared1:
So...
Mon: 120...rehearsing
Tues:140...rehearsal and running
Thurs:120...rehearsal
Fri: 120...2 shows
Sat: 352...includes 2 shows and a marathon
Sun: 120 - 2 shows

I count my shows b/c they are VERY high energy...and sweaty.:rotfl:

TOtal: 1140/1000

THis is NOT a normal week though.

mom2cookies, yes at your current pace you will meet your exercise goal by December 31. You only have 14 more days to exercise at 30 minutes a day to reach your goal. You can reach your goal by December 28 if you take off Sundays and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I know you can do it. Keep moving!!

I'm sorry I haven't updated. RL has gotten crazy, and I haven't made it to the boards. I have been exercising though. I can add 315 to my total. That puts me at 485/1000. Thanks.

I was sick for most of the past week, so I've fallen behind. However, I was able to do some catching up today, and hope to be pretty much caught up within a week.

The weather has been bad and I had company this weekend so I'm afraid I have fallen behind as well. This week I have done 223 minutes putting me at

373/1000! I have a long ways to go!!

Another 117 minutes the last few days, so now I'm 154/530.
