Thanks for offering this challenge for December. I have thoroughly enjoyed Thanksgiving and DS22s wedding and now it is time to get back to work, serious work. Exercise is always a great motivator because after I exercise I don't want to eat any junk because it will undo the good my exercising has done. If I eat junk that means I would have exercised for nothing and I will not do something I really hate for nothing and not get any benefit from it.
I will exercise 600 minutes this month, I know it's not much but it is a start.
So far I am 0/600.
I know I can do this.
