Im thinking of booking a 4 day/3 night trip to DLP staying at the Newport Bay Hotel, the dates are 14th Dec - 17th Dec.This is sunday to wednesday, i know there will be more people due to the Xmas theme etc.. but is it THAT crowded during the weekdays at Xmas ?

Thanks,

Ben.

I'd imagine it would be busy but it appears to be outside of the English School Holidays (as far as I'm aware) so it might be ok.

I'd check out the Disneyland Paris website and see if it is in the peak prices, if so I'd imagine it to be busy!

Yeah it's outside the English (22nd Dec) and French (20th Dec) School Holidays so I'd have thought it would be ok during the week.

yeah, shouldn't be that bad, sunday will probably be the busiest day!

We did 3 nights from Wed 19 Dec last year - the parks were manageable. We were blessed with good weather (cold but clear) which really helps. You need to have fairly good planning in place to get the best when the parks are that bit more busy - we tend to get in early and do the big rides first thing and leave the shows for the afternoon. Lunch times are very busy in the food halls so try and eat early or late. Evenings are very busy in the Marketplace restaurants - if you can, reserve in advance (remember to take your reservation number with you - they lost ours and, given we had left the number in our room, we had to wait an hour for a table).

Unless you are unlucky, you should be able to do everything in the parks at least once (and probably easily more than once) - assume a wait time of 20 - 30 mins on average.

Bear in mind it can be really cold (so to teach grannies to suck eggs!) at DLRP in December.
