December Convention - Change Plans??

We just found out that there will be a convention in Anaheim while we planned on visiting Disneyland - Dec 6 - 11. The peak time for the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists is that same time, expecting about 7,000. How does that affect the parks? We are traveling with two kids, ages 5 and 8, and their grandparents, so we were looking forward shorter lines. We may even postpone the trip with this in mind.

Any idea on how this affects the parks?

A 7,000 person convention is not going to majorly affect DL crowds. Don't change your plans because of this.
