Why are those two days blacked out for Deluxe passes? Does it have to do with Candlelight?

Deluxe isn't, Southern CA select is.

I believe it's simply because it's a weekend. Since Candlelight is running for 20 days in December, I doubt that's the reason.

Serves me right for not double checking my info! I was looking at the blackout calendar on Mousewait. For some reason it's not right. On the official Disneyland website they are not blackout days. Good to know!
