Glad to hear you booked this cruise. :surfweb: How did telling your son go? Is he excited and packed yet?

Chris

I told them together I'd booked and I got the big 'yes' with the hand clenched and pulling down from the air gesture. And he is so excited and is asking me if some of the friends we made on the last cruise can go too! He's not packing yet, but I am mentally :laundy:

Hi everyone

Tax season is finally over :upsidedow

Is it December 2013 yet :rolleyes1

I hate to say this but there is another tax season before the December 2013 sailing. Oh well, enjoy this summer and fall, and before you know it we'll be in 2013. Then instead of saying, "See you all NEXT year" we can say "See you all THIS year". :thumbsup2

Chris

Wanted to remind all the newcomers to join the roll call, the link is in my signature. :cool1:

I ended up with 2 entries (one incomplete) on the roll call. Also, I didn't realize that last names weren't required. I'd appreciate it if you could remove our last names and the incomplete entry. Minnie thanks!

Angie

We booked this sailing on the Fantasy while aboard a double-dip (Castaway Cay) on the Dream for spring break. This will be our 4th Disney cruise and we've enjoyed every minute. We have also done lots of cruising on other cruise lines.

:welcome: aboard Angie & John.

I removed the incomplete line an removed your last names.

We were late but switched to early. Friends we met on a previous cruise just joined us on this one and they like early dining. Will be the first early dining for us.

Let me know how it is...as a childless couple, we enjoy going to one of the clubs for a drink before dinner and it would just be too early to have to get ready for me....especially on formal night!;)

Trying to get ready for early dining has me a little concerned too, but we will manage. Plan to enjoy a little more of the ship at night this time since neither us us are up late.

WEll, you do have a point there... we usually manage a stroll around the deck after dinner before heading back to our cabin to turn in! We are old! :lmao: Maybe one of these days we will try early dinner to see how it works for us..but I hate to cut into Sulley's poolside lounge time! ;)

Sad but true :worried:

So, I'll be here posting for a while then will probably disappear next February again.

Anyone see anything good about the new boutique? I'm thinking of signing up my son for the pirate session. Wonder what the fees will be :confused3

Hi everyone!

I have been MIA - trying to get ready for our upcoming cruise! We leave in 2 weeks for Alaska! :cool1:

This is our 3rd attempt and we are finally going!

We have late dining on this cruise as well.

Lynn likes early dining just to have the evening free to relax after long days. She considers it her "unwind" time. Stroll the deck, take a dip, etc. without a lot of people. Yes, even take in a stage show or movie (especially on the outdoor big screen where it is really quiet), or shop, or get pics taken with characters. It's all considered relaxing, unwind time. Here is the real important thing, at least for me. I like eating early so that by the time we are done with any of the previous activities I am ready for more food. I always look forward to the snack food; pizza, burger, hotdog, fries, chicken tenders, or ice cream, as my nightly snack before retiring. :thumbsup2 Lynn says that just because it's free does not mean I have to eat it. I remind her that there is nothing "free" on a cruise. Besides, there is always dieting after the VACATION. :rotfl2:
