Here is the email I got confirming our reservation. I may have to do the dolphin encounter with my youngest son unless they will let him either do the swim or just meet the dolphin real quick. He might not even want to do either, but we'll see.

Your reservation is confirmed tentatively pending your credit card details, see information below. Pick up will be at 12pm local island time from the cruise ship dock. Please look for the Dolphin Cove booth and people holding Dolphin Cove signs, wearing Dolphin Cove shirts. Just to advise you, your credit card once given, is not charged as it will only be used as a means of holding your spot. Feel free to contact me on the telephone number below between the hours of 9am & 4pm with the card details and also if you have any further queries or concerns.
Based on information from the Cayman Port website, your cruise ship is scheduled to be in port from 10:30am to 5:15pm. Your program begins at 12:30pm and ends at 1:30pm; you should get back to the dock by approximately 2:15pm local island time. We ensure you will not miss your tender as this is a normal routine for us. We are looking forward to seeing you.
Monday December 9: Dolphin swim - 6 adults & 4 children (group rate of $45usd per person; 2 children free)
Monday December 9: Dolphin Encounter - 1 adult & 1 child (group rate of $45usd for adult; child free)
Note: The minimum age for the Swim program is 5 years old. Based on the 3 year old's built and swimming capability, feel free to discuss your request with the Trainer who will be conducting your program. A decision will be based on their discretion.
On the day
o Bring your own towel.
o Apply sunscreen at least 1 hour before your program starts.
o Cameras are not allowed in the water.
o Back straps for your glasses and/or sunglasses are required for safety reasons. They can be purchased from the gift store for $4 US.
o Only prescription goggles are allowed in the Ultimate swim
o No pregnant women can participate in programs.
o Bring money/credit cards for photos, drinks, food, and souvenirs.
o For the Swim and/or Ultimate programs, you should be able to swim.
o Life jackets are provided.
o Wetsuits are allowed in the water.
o Please take off all jewelry and watches, it can scratch the dolphins.
o Programs will go ahead rain or shine! For safety reasons, programs will be postponed in the event of thunder and lightning.
o There is a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24hrs before the program
