December 30th Wishes

Trying to book FP and the site is telling me that Wishes is closed for refurb. Does that mean all the FP are gone? The Holiday parade is listed as all FP gone so I am wondering if anyone knows. Probably won't do me any good as I have to go to work now and won't be able to mess with it again until they are all gone for sure!! Thanks!

There is no "Wishes" that night. It will be a New Years Eve preview fireworks show, not specifically called "Wishes". Keep watching...

NYE is a really tricky time for booking anything, because the calendar isn't accurately posted until so late. Right now there are no fireworks, but you can anticipate the NYE fireworks being run on both 12/30 & 31 at 11:50. This delay affects both FPs and those wanting to book the dessert party.

I want to say in the past they have run *both* Wishes & NYE fireworks, but that could be just crazy talk. I'm usually so sleep deprived I don't know which way is up

K, that's what I was wondering. Any idea when the FP for the fireworks at MK on the 30 will be able to be booked? Our plans are MK for the 30th and Epcot for the 31st. Already have ADR in those parks for those days. Thanks! Stealing a second at work for the important stuff!

Does anyone know for sure if they will be having both wishes and midnight fireworks? Is wishes usually at 9 or 10pm? Thanks

I did MK on December 30 in 2013 and they had both Wishes and NYE Fireworks. I believe Wishes went off around 10pm and then New Year's around 11:50.

The Contemporary and BLT would be blocking most of the MK fireworks.
(The Contemporary dock is on Bay Lake. The MK is on Seven Seas Lagoon). Anywhere with a direct Seven Seas lagoon view would see the extra fireworks they launch there.
