We were just at Disney the week before Christmas (12/16-23/06) and were very satisfied, so we were planning our trip to US/IOA for the same week this year.
But, I just checked the calendar, and I'm pretty sure that our school district won't get out for Christmas until 12/21/07 for the two week holiday. Since my husband and I are both school employees, we can't take off earlier.
I know that I don't want to go Christmas week (due to crowds and family obligations). I'm wondering how being in Orlando the Saturday to Saturday of 12/29/07 - 1/5/08 might be.
I'm not interested in being in US or IOA on New Year's Eve, because it would probably be a little too wild for us, but other than that, can anybody who works there or goes during that timeframe, tell me what to expect as far as crowds go?
