There's no such thing as "accurate" park hours. December hours have been released, but expect them to be extended.

I was hoping to figure out the anticipated hours parks would be extended.

Tentative have been released.
Disney will likely extend late December hours near the beginning of November.

For the week of Christmas and after until New Year's expect MK to be open from 8-12 with EMH AM and Epcot closing closer to 10:30 with World Showcase maybe opening before the typical 11 am opening time.

Yes no rivers of light, star wars galactic or jingle bell jingle jam listings at all hopefully those get updated before fastpass selection day but not holding breath

Best approach available is to use last year as a guide. Expect HS might be extended some from last year since Toy Story land is new, and AK hours may be backed off ever so slightly because Pandora being new contributed to longer hours last year. You can certainly expect MK and Epcot hours to be similar to what they were last year.

The worst thing about officially extending these hours so late is that it is within the 60 FP window. Extended park hours have a bearing on when and where we are on a given day/night. Unfortunately, in today's world, Disney forces us to commit to that by making FP+ selections before we have all the information.

As everyone has said, tenttive hours have been released, but expect them to change at least once, if not more.
Your best option is looking at last years hours. Should be close, except HS will be open longer now that TSL is open.
