December 2016 Park hours for making ADR

Hi - any idea when the December park hours will be posted. I'm getting slightly nervous because the 6 month window for ADR is within a month

(Actually, they are officially several days "late" in posting,
but that is becoming far too common with
Disney's posting hours and events, as of recent few months.)

I'm guessing they might release it after tomorrow since there's supposed to be some news re: AK dining packages. Maybe it'll be one less update? I'm anxiously waiting too!

Still waiting too, but I know the hours will change. This is the first trip in years that we've booked more than 180 days out. Usually we do spur of the moment trips where we're still able to book our 60 day fp+. I just need the first week, that's all.

I called Disney this morning, and they just released the entire month of December 2016 hours! I've been in the same boat; ADRs next week, and no crowd calendars have been available to help us make park/ADR decisions because no hours were posted. Good luck!

I just checked the Dec. TA calendar and the Disneyworld.com calendar sites.

Nothing showing there for public consumption, yet, as of 10AM EDT, May 28, 2016.

Huh, interesting...wonder how long it takes to feed into TA system? The CM I spoke with over the phone (painfully, ha!) read off each day's hours to me. Hopefully she was right (famous last words re: CMs)

1. I figure about 3-5 hours.
2. Looking more like that CM might have been giving out unsubstantiated not-for-the-public info.
How closely those hours will match the "real" hours would be unknown.

So with Animal Kingdom showing a 5pm closing....does that indicate there'll be no rivers of light show?? or can we expect the posted hours to change?

I'm sure the hours are subject to change. I know in the past they have changed hours up to the week before depending on attendance levels.

The calendar on the WDW site shows hours for Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach under refurbishment. The TA calendar has BB open and TL in refurb.

Any guesses on which is correct?

I had heard earlier that BB was going to be closed in Dec. this year (which would normally be unusual.)
BB is already "decorated for Christmas" (all the time,) so they generally like to keep it open in Dec.
BUT, if BB needs more urgent refurb than TL, they will swap the normal closure schedules.

I guess we'll have to wait a bit longer to see which will actually be the case this year.
