I am thinking of taking a long weekend mid December just to see the Christmas stuff again. Call me crazy but it would be my 3rd trip to disney this year.

I've got good news then... We have been very lucky in being able to nab free dining with check-in as late as Dec. 18th in the past. And as long as you check in before in the free dining window you can extend it 14 days even if it isn't in the offered date range. Keep those fingers crossed! I'm right there with you... Looking at Dec. 18th (our anniversary) through Dec. 27th.

That's the same time frame we are hoping to go! Hope it works for both of our families!

Could you point me in the direction of the agency? I think I know which one but want to be sure. We just decided to give Christmas some thought. Did Coronado last year and liked it a lot. That price might make it doable!

Thanks! I figured that was who it was. Sent them an email last night now just waiting to hear back. We (kids & I) went last year at the last minute. Paid too much for the room but we were already going to be in Florida so made last minute plans. Kids (they're 18 & 20, haha) want to have Dad do Disney for Christmas. When I saw your post I was really excited to see the rate. We really liked Coronado last year and would be very happy there again. So thanks again!

Go to their facebook page. It's listed there....Dec. 22-Jan. 5. They actually list more discounts on their fb page than their website.

We are arriving in Disney on December 28-January 1st. Cannot imagine any discount, but could really use one.

bernardandbianca-Thank you so much for the info! Got an email from Brandi this am. She's been fantastic about responding to my questions (most of the time within 10 minutes of my email). Husband just ok'd the trip. Thought the price was great. We'll be at Coronado 12/30-1/5. We got 6 nights for slightly more. May be because I have adult kids in the same room. Maybe we'll see you there!

YAY!!!!! I love a good deal and this was one of the best I've seen! I actually think we may add a couple days to our trip. The price is just too good! Now just to decide what building to request. I've been in Casitas 4 and Cabana 9B (Business Class). In a way, I'd like to try Ranchos. I just worry that it's so far away, but we will have a car, so maybe..........And who knows? We may just run into each other there!!

We were in Casitas 4 last year too. I really liked that area. I'd love to be there again but if not think I want Cabanas. Ranchos was pretty but I like the landscaping better in the other two areas. Who am I kidding-any one of the three will be great! It's so pretty and peaceful there. We like Beach Club the best, but liked the price better at CS and DD, DS & I all really liked CS a lot. Can't wait for DH to stay there. Maybe we'll see you by the pool bar!

On the lookout for discounts for December as well. Haven't been in a few years now and I've always wanted to celebrate my birthday at Disney, which falls mid December. Fingers crossed for something less than rack rates for a short stay.
