Thanks to all who replied. I ended up calling Disney Dining just to set my mind at ease and the CM told me that it will indeed cost 2 TS credits for the CP dinner. She had no idea why the website was saying that the DDP wasn't accepted at Via Napoli. Phew!! I feel better. Also added my extra day. We are now arriving on 12/3, not 12/4. 103 days!!!!!

We've officially changed from staying off property, to staying at All Star Movies!:cool1:

We are staying here too! Checking in on Dec 23! I'm really excited we have heard great stuff about this resort!

Just got back from a trip visiting family. Couldn't help but think that the next time I'd be heading to the airport it would be to Disney!

Anyone doing Wishes Dessert Party this Christmas? We are debating on doing it or not and just wanted everyone who's done it opinion. My youngest is terrified of the sound of fireworks, she likes to see them as long as they're not near her. Are you able to really see the fireworks from WDP and not be able to really hear them. We are thinking of doing this the night we are going to BOG because it's an early reservation for us at least.

Yay! Our first trip last year was at AS Movies - we LOVED it. The Disney magic never left us. We had a preferred room and was in the Toy Story buildings, loved them.

So excited for you! Is this your first onsite trip?

Am I the only one getting stressed now that we are all moving towards double-figures??

Stressed in a good way ....

Stressed in a good way ....

It seemed like double digits was soooo far away and now all of a sudden it's almost here. This summer flew by. In the fall we are busy with football and marching band stuff so it always goes quickly for us. December will be here before we know it!! :cool1::banana::yay::santa:

I don't know about stressed.... However, I am feeling sad that summer is almost over and we spent well... Almost all of it working on our house :sad2: I am also having bittersweet feeling about my daughter turning 3 and starting pre school..... And I am not happy at all about our fast approaching winter (I live in Northern NH in the white mountains) I am not in the mood to shovel, dress in soooo many layers, build fires and pay the oil man...

However, on the upside - hoping someone wants to buy my house so we can relocate easier (and that my husband can transfer down to NC via a promotion so we can run away from old man winter) And well, if my daughter keeps growing up that means we can go on splash mountain and big thunder railroad soon

And the best part about double digits!! Disney is that much closer, and its time to finalize to do lists, maybe get back on my exercise routine and start getting everything ready to pack!!:woohoo:

99 days still seems so far. I don't think I'll start to feel stressed until the 2 month mark.

Although maybe if I counted weeks it would seem less. ;)

That's what I do!! 16 weeks from tomorrow sounds much closer than 113 days. :thumbsup2

I can't help with hearing the fireworks or not, but my BIL and family have done the dessert party on their last 3 trips. They love it!! I am planning on booking it. I wasn't sure but I asked DH and DB if they wanted to do it. DB said is the alternative standing on Main St for an hour trying to hold our spot? I said yes and together they said book it. :)

I recommend earplugs. DS was very sensitive to loud noises when he was younger. I always carried a pair of ear plugs in my purse. And I had a pair of child-sized soundproof earmuffs for times when we knew things would be loud. I might still have them actually. If I do, I'd be happy to send them to you. Besides fireworks we used them to see the Blue Angels. DS loved airplanes and the Blue Angels specifically but he couldn't tolerate the noise.

The folks that write the Mouse Pin Trading book say they hope to have it on Amazon at the beginning if Sept. They're waiting for proofs to come back from the printer.

As we're talking about the dessert party ....

I asked this question before but I don't think it was answered (if it was, I hold my hands up and admit to not paying attention :p )

We would like to do the dessert party MVMCP. My question is, we will have time to get from the dessert party down to main street for the second parade?
