I was planning a trip for my 3 yr old & I in October 2012. But we had uch a great family vaca this December, that we decided to do it again next December!!
So count me in!
We're going December 8-15, 2012. Staying in 2 rooms at All Star Movies!
We did Free Dining this past trip so I'm really, really hoping it's offered for our dates this coming December as well!

NO. The first of the Dec 2011 discounts didn't come out until the end of August this year.

Yep.

They are supposed to announce something the first of the year but nobody knows if it will be some special discount or what.

My own personal thought is that they will try to hold off as long as possible to see if the Fantasyland Expansion packs them in like they hope. I doubt it will be AS big as they want, but they will need to see how the bookings go.

I hope I'm wrong since I'd book tomorrow if something came out.

Joining in for December 2012! Our dates are not final yet but thinking of going Dec.1-9, 2012 or Dec.15-23 really depends on if they offer free dining or not. This will be our first trip to WDW so we are excited. Is there anything major going on during either of those two times that we should avoid? I seen someone mention something about Pop Warner?
We thought about extending our stay over Christmas but is the parks & restaurants open on Christmas day or is there anything to do on Christmas day or is that a day of hanging around resort?

Jumping on in!!! We are a little flexible with dates as we are finalizing plans, but are thinking Dec 16-22nd at CR.

I received a pin code in the mail today for 30% off. It lists dates of 10/1-10/4 and 10/8 - 10/31 for values and moderates and only through 10/20 for deluxe resorts. But, when I went online and entered in the pin code it worked for all of November and December too!!! I booked 12/7 through 12/13 at Wilderness Lodge with 30% off!

The pin only lists Animal Kingdom Lodge and Wilderness Lodge as the applicable resorts but it worked on all of them for me. If you get this pin make sure to check alternate dates/ resorts.

Booked December 3-13th at POFQ! So excited to be back! Hoping for a free dining or for a 40% off deluxe. I will upgrade to a deluxe hotel if there is a good discount. I will be happy for either one!

We went December 2-10th this year and usually like to do 2 years between trips, but had such a fabulous time there this year, I have hubby convinced that we can do it this year again, Nov 30th through the 8th. We haven't booked yet, but I will be soon.

We stayed at POR and loved it, I am thinking either POR or CSR (something new) or a value (Pop?)...Any input would be great
