Bytheblood, how are you feeling? I googled the brown recluse after you posted about it, as I'm not familiar with them, and was absolutely horrified by some of the images. I've been praying for you ever since! I hope you're feeling better!

I didn't back-read before I posted our date changes. I sure hope you are doing better after your spider bite. Recluses are soooo dangerous. I'm glad to read you went to the doc and are taking an antibiotic.

Aww thanks. It will be alright....I hope. It is my husband's parents. It is a horribly long story, but basically - they don't want to go to Disney with US (at least his mother doesn't) - they just want to go because they are getting one heck of a deal on their hotel stay through us. They are so stubborn about saving money that they are going to go and share a 2bdrm villa with people they really don't want to go with. To add to it, they are TOTALLY taking advantage of us. But yet they want to have all of their meals with us because they want to use my TiW discount, they want to go to MVMCP with us because they want to use my DVC discount and MIL wants us to shop together because she wants to ask if she can use my AP discount. (I already told her no on that bit)

In-laws...that's tough. I hope things turn around. We had a rough spell with my in-laws. Finally after 20 years of marriage and some tears we are on good ground!! I hope it all works out and is not too stressful.

Thank you both for your prayers and kind messages. It warmed my heart to read these this morning.

I have never been this sick in all of my life. I told my husband I would rather have another c-section or knee surgery. This turned out pretty badly. I am on a secondary antibiotic. (Levaquin) This Levaquin is making me sick. I am VERY nauseated and have horrible insomnia. There is some real concern about the infection setting in my bone and me having a staph infection. We are waiting on the test results for that. My faith is very strong and God is good, so I am not worried - I just want to feel better.

My wife was on strong antibiotics 4 years ago and it did a number on her stomach, intestines, etc. Make sure you add some probiotics to your daily diet to keep your system working ok. Get well soon!!!!

Oh my goodness! We live in the woods and have seen both brown recluse and black widows here and what you're going through is my worst fear. I pray that your treatment works and that you don't have any further complications. Feel better soon.

I was released from the hospital on Monday night. I have to visit a wound clinic every day for the next 2 months for treatment as the tissue is growing back. I have a hole in my leg as wide as a quarter and 1.5 inches deep. Darn spider!!!!!

I am going to get this updated this week or early next week. Thank you again for the kind thoughts and prayers. It means a lot.
