Oh no! I hope you are feeling better today. I'm so sorry to hear that. Do you know what kind it was? My sister was bitten several times by a brown recluse, she was so sick. I hope you feel better soon.

This was a recluse. I have been sick. Very nauseated, lots of pain, constant headache, body aches, fever, chills, etc. The infection radius on my leg was over a foot yesterday. I am doing a little better today, but still not feeling so hot.

I will get this thread updated, but right now I have the attention span of a rock and just want to lay down.

My sister was miserable for a long time after being bit. Unforunately she was in boot camp for the Army when it happened as well. But they did take great care of her. She was bitten several times though. She has some wicked scars from the bites. I totally understand, this thread isn't going anywhere. You rest & get better. Glad today is a little better. Hopefully each day will be.

Did you go to the doctor for medication? I have been bitten by a brown recluse and it is not something you want to leave untreated. It can be very dangerous. I lost all feeling in my arm before I realized what had happened. Made a full recovery but still have an awful scar.

I am on a sulpher-based antibiotic. They also gave me a tetanus shot. The pain is pretty bad now and I have had a headache for 4 days straight. The doc gave me some codeine so I can sleep at night.
