I've got a request. Believe me, I want to start one too but I don't want to like ... spam the Check Ins so I told the mods I would either (a) wait until some interest was expressed in them or (b) until we got closer in the number of months. Also to give someone else a chance if they'd like to.

But I will fully admit to the fact that I love check in threads.

Darnit though!! Here I thought I took out all the March references. It shall be remedied in a moment. I've got a format that I always use and the last time I saved it I didn't take out the March.

Another request for the Halloween time thread, Please.

As for the check-in/meet threads, someone else may want to start the September and October check-in threads - it's still very early in the year - so we want to give them the chance to do that. Jazz does an awesome job with the threads, but we want to give others who may be interested in managing these threads an opportunity to jump in as well.

There is also usually someone each year who starts a Halloween party-only check-in/meet thread (separate from the October check-in thread), and that will likely happen once we find out dates for the party this year.


As for a general Halloween Time discussion, photo and information thread (which will include updates on the season when we get them), we have a Halloween Time Superthread that's year-round.
