your welcome, so glad to help! I was planning to try to go earlier and see if I could get worked in earlier because fireworks are supposed to be around 8:30 I think at MK. Heard it is a neat view! This is our first time staying at BCV and decided to stay around BC that day and enjoy Cape May and movie at the beach instead! Enjoy!!

I just cancelled a reservation at Tony's Town Square on 12/9, 11:55 AM, for a party of 3.

I was able to snag a CRT lunch reservation that popped up for 1 PM!!!!!!! I have been watching for that since I booked the trip. I have checked the web site about 20 times a day. It pays off to keep checking!

When someone cancels a reservation for a dinner show, since you need to call to make that reservation, how do you co-ordinate getting what they canceled?

In the case you quoted, there would be no coordination. It was posted as a "Hey I saw..." It's out there and up to whomever to coordinate.

Also, you can now reserve dinner shows online, so the coordination for an arrangement to cancel and pick up at a certain time would work like any other reservation.
