December 2010 Planning

Okay, I know I am WAY early, but I'm wondering when is the best time to start planning for December 2010. We are going with my bil and his family, so we are hoping to get adjoining rooms across the street from the park (BWPP, etc.).

When I looked for a single room at BWPPI (to start pricing various lodging facilities), they were already booked for my dates. I'm going Dec. 8 - Dec. 13 and was looking at availability/pricing in August. So, long answer short, I would look before August!
